A commercial strip in Jeddah originally configured with eight drive-thru units, resulting in conflicting vehicular circulation across the site.

Waten repositioned the asset by redesigning the landscape and rearranging the tenant layout — merging two central units into a single anchor leased to a dine-in F&B concept and converting two additional drive-thrus to standard retail.

The centre now operates with four drive-thrus, improved traffic flow, and a more balanced tenant mix.
